Email after email that do not get responded to, financial documents that are either overly complicated and take a CFA to read or a single sheet that doesn’t tell why you are spending so much money on that thing that should be 1/10 the cost, or wanting something fixed that is still in the same condition as it was months ago.
We have interviewed multiple management software companies and have decided to partner with PayHOA to offer a single service for financials, reporting, document storing, email communication, community calendars, vendor management, complaints, vendor management, etc.
We like PayHOA so much that we are pushing our own communities to use them (and HLS Management too - of course)!
