Josh Schroeder brings extensive experience to HLS Management's team. As a former director on an HOA Board and multiple Building Industry Association of San Diego boards, he has a deep understanding of the industry's complexities.

Josh founded his own Civil Engineering company in the Treasure Valley, securing two new clients. At his previous firm in San Diego, he managed projects for eight developer clients, showcasing his business acumen and relationship-building skills.

He holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of San Diego, with a focus on processes, efficiency, employee management, and financial engineering. This diverse expertise enables him to ensure optimal outcomes for HLS Management and its clients.

Outside of work, Josh is a dedicated father and husband, coaching his children's baseball teams and serving on the local Little League board of directors. He also prides himself on being the best golfer in this partnership.

With nearly two decades in Operations and over twelve years in leadership, Josh brings extensive expertise. He holds a Master's in Business Administration and has technical skills in Aviation Technology and Geospatial Mapping.

Josh's career began with eight years in the United States Air Force, first as an Aviation Technician and then in Special Operations Intelligence, supporting deployed teams worldwide.

After his military service, he worked in Operations, Sales, and Account Management at a Blue Cross plan for five years before joining Amazon Logistics. At Amazon, he spent five years in Operations Management and recently transitioned to Human Resources, specializing in Labor and Employee Relations across five states.

Josh is dedicated to building unified teams and empowering individuals, prioritizing customer-centric strategies for exceptional experiences. His leadership focuses on championing people for maximum performance and growth.

Personally, Josh is a devoted husband and father of two children and two dogs. From Eagle, Idaho, to Texas, he enjoys outdoor activities, grilling, and traveling. He has visited seventeen countries, embracing diverse cultures.

JOSH HORNER

Kirk is a dedicated family man, proud to be a loving husband and devoted father of five. He earned a Bachelor’s degree with distinction from Arizona State University. After graduating shortly after 9/11, Kirk embarked on an eighteen-year career as a Firefighter and Paramedic, showing unwavering courage. He also spent ten years on the Sacramento Fire Department's baseball team, competing nationwide in the World Police and Fire Championships.

Now in Idaho, Kirk has transitioned to commercial real estate, working with a prominent Real Estate Investment Fund in Eagle. As a licensed Real Estate Agent, he skillfully navigates the complexities of commercial real estate transactions, ensuring seamless and satisfactory services for clients.

Kirk also gives back to his community by mentoring youth in the high school ministry at Rock Harbor Church in Meridian, Idaho. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities like golfing, paddleboarding, and skiing, sharing these adventures with his three daughters and two sons, creating cherished family memories.
